Customer Success, Support & Training executive, 15+ years in SaaS. I build AI tools to answer account questions, flag churn risk, and identify upsell opportunities.
Support tickets, product usage, projects, CRM and billing data — organized around one question: who needs attention before renewal, not at renewal? Its centerpiece is a 120-day renewal view with usage trends, recent ticket counts, and a per-account recommendation with its rationale.
An AI analyst for the CS team, connecting five systems via MCP. Ask for a health snapshot and KAI assembles usage, support history, account notes, and renewal timing into a Healthy / Watch / At-risk read — every fact attributed to its source, and a clear “the data doesn’t say” instead of a confident guess.
A monthly scan of top-revenue accounts — company sites plus Google News, Reuters, CNBC, and more — tracks layoffs, M&A, expansions, and executive moves. Internal data shows what a customer does in your product; this catches the outside story before it becomes a surprise cancellation. A hit prompts a conversation, and action when the scenario calls for it.
A cherished stuffed animal or childhood photo becomes a custom 3D-printed replica. End-to-end build — offer, storybook-style site, Stripe checkout.
A complete site for a custom baker — cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookies. The order flow is designed around how custom baking actually sells: quote-first for custom orders, instant buy for ready-made items.
Client site for a hand-beaded jewelry business — designed around her real logo and pieces, with a simple owner admin so a non-technical owner can add photos and update pieces herself. Launching soon.
Staining a deck with aluminum balusters means one of two things: hours of taping each individual one, or a huge mess. After looking everywhere for a solution to this problem, I designed reusable 3D-printed snap-on shields with AI help: a 3-baluster comb sized to my printer’s bed. From there, I produced a fast-print version that cut print time from 90 to under 50 minutes, and a separate 35° version for the stairs.
Just a single photo of your cherished stuffed animal becomes a custom 3D-printed keepsake.
Send the stuffy itself, or photos of it — it works even from a single old photo if the original is gone.
Each replica is modeled individually, feature by feature, until it looks like that stuffy — not a generic bear.
The model is 3d printed.
The finished replica ships home, ready to sit on the shelf next to — or stand in for — the original.
A custom application I vibe-coded for the Pixoo 64, a desktop LED pixel display. Score 64 pulls live scores from the ESPN API and shows them at a glance — NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA — no phone, no app to open, just scores on the shelf while the games are on.
Designing for a 64×64 canvas is an information-design problem in miniature: team, score, and game state, readable from across the room in a handful of pixels.
